New dwelling to be 2 Bedroom / 2 Bath. Approximately 1173 square feet heated area- per plans. Remove the brick ledge and brick veneer on rear and both sides of house from the foundation and floor plans (brick only on front). In locations where brick has been removed, utilize James Hardie Hardiplank(R) Lap Siding - Select Cedarmill materials in place of the brick veneer. All other siding and trim materials called out under item numbers 19, 20 and 21 in the "Reconstruction - Building Specifications" starting on page 26 of 98 shall change from Louisiana-Pacific LP(R) SmartSide(R) materials to the equivalent style and dimensional materials of James Hardie(R) products.
