Purchasing Solutions Alliance (PSA) is soliciting proposals from experienced and qualified vendors for a cooperative contract for Mainteance Repair and Operation (MRO) supplies and related services. PSA is a non-profit cooperative purchasing program of the Brazos Valley Council of Governments (BVCOG). PSA currently has almost 500 members. This contract will enable PSA members to purchase on an "as needed" basis from a competitively awarded contract with high-performance vendors.DEADLINE FOR QUESTIONS: June 15, 2022.Contractor Selection Date June 27, 2022 Vendors may ask questions regarding this RFP until the Question Deadline, Wednesday, June 15, 2022. Submit all questions about this RFP through the ProcureNow portal associated with this RFP. All questions will be answered in ProcureNow throughout the RFP process, and no later than Friday, June 17, 2022. PSA reserves the right to waive any or all irregularities, formalities, or other technicalities, to be the sole and independent judge of quality and suitability of any products/services offered, and may accept or reject any proposal in its entirety, or may reject any part of any proposal without affecting the remainder of that proposal, and may award the individual items on this proposal in any combination or in any way to best serve the interests of PSA as it perceives those interests to be in its sole discretion.
