Site work for a mixed-use development in Santa Paula, California. Working plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

1.GRADING: Remove all organic materials from excavation area (800 sqft.) Excavate and remove soil 3' in depth and 5' beyond building perimeters (800 sqft.) Bottom of excavation needs to be compacted to 90% (800 sqft.) Install soil in lifts of 8" and compact to a minimum of 90% All lifts must be tested every 2' by soils engineer All on-site soil must be used. Any import must be approved by soils engineer Final grade will be brought up to match existing grade taking in account of proper drainage away from structure (800 sqft.) Sand will need to be added to bid and left on-site for final grading completed by others (5 cubic yards) 2. FOUNDATION: Install new concrete area in front of new structure to match existing and connect to existing walkways per city of Santa Paula's standards (350 sqft.) 3.UTILITIES: Disconnect utilities from existing restroom facility and rerouted to the new restroom facility. All utilities will need to be routed to within 5' of the new facility approx. 50' to the west. Water (80 LF.) Sewer 4" SDR 35 (80 LF.) Electrical (80 LF.) All utilities will need to connected to new restroom facility once structure is completed. All water connections will need to flushed prior to connection completion. The new structure will have stub outs for water and sewer. Electrical connections are terminated at new panel located on the exterior wall of new structure with new 100 amp service and wire pulled. Provide meter if required. All utilities on exterior of restroom are the contractors responsibility. Interior connections are completed by others. Pre-Qualification for Bidders: Not Required Bid Bond Percentage: 100%
