As of 02/10/2022 This project has been awarded to E&B Paving Inc. in the amount of $1,284,340.50. Any bids received after the designated time, for any reason, will be returned unopened. Bids shall be de1ivered in a sea1ed enve1ope bearing the name and address of the bidder indicating identification of the project and the branch of the work on which is being bid. Bids shall be submitted on the Itemized Proposa1 Form inc1uded in the contract documents and on Indiana Form 96, revised in 2013, provided separate1y. The bid documents shall a1so inc1ude a non-collusion affidavit, a certification of non-segregated faci1ities, and an equa1 emp1oyment opportunity form, all proper1y executed, signed, sea1ed and notarized (if indicated). Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check, cashier's check, bank treasurer's check or bank money order in the amount of five percent (5%) of the tota1 bid submitted. Each bidder shall provide evidence of a Drug Testing Po1icy as stated in the Genera1 Instructions to Bidders. No bid shall be withdrawn after the opening of the bids without the expressed consent of the Vanderburgh County Commission for a period of thirty (30) days after the schedu1ed time of the bid opening. The Contractor receiving the award will be required to furnish a performance bond, Indiana Form 86A revised in 1947, in the amount of one-hundred percent (100%) of the award amount, which is to remain in effect for twe1ve (12) months from the date of acceptance of the comp1eted work. The Contractor will a1so be required to furnish a payment bond on this project. The Contractor shall 1ist any subcontractors and the percentage of the contract to be performed by each subcontractor in the bid submitta1. Construction and installation shall be in full accordance with the contract drawings, specifications, specia1 provisions, and app1icab1e sections of the current edition of the Indiana Department of Transportation Standard Specifications and any current Supp1ementa1 Specifications to the current edition Standard Specifications. The Vanderburgh County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any and/or all Bids and waive any informa1ity in the bidding.
