OU uses Quincy Air Compressors. Vendor would need to be able to provide and work on the Quincy brand. Please provide hourly rates for Quincy air compressor installation & Quincy air compressor service. See Cost Schedule C (Excel) for further details. Actual projects will need to be properly quoted depending on real needs. All work is to be performed to normal practices of the trades and manufacturer specifications of all materials used. The above description does not completely define the project but it is intended for general informational purposes and used in determining award winner(s). The proposal shall be based on unit and hourly costs. Service Agreement will be put in place for the preferred status; however, an AIA contract may be required for actual projects. Please provide references . Pre-bid meeting is not required. Potential vendors are allowed tour campus at their own discretion.
