The Rural Municipality of Wellington is requesting quotations for the purchase and installation of an energy efficient heating system for the Vanier Centre (25 Mill Road) and Fire Hall (9 Riverside Drive) in Wellington as described in the schedule of work attached. Vanier Centre - 25 Mill Road Installation of (2) 2-ton heat pump systems in the Vanier Centre Community Hall and Community Club and a 3 ton multi zone unit with 4 indoor heads for the office space. Heat pumps should be a minimum HSPF 10 and SEER 20 for region 5. B. Fire Hall- 9 Riverside Drive\ Please provide separate quotes for a and b. a) Install mini split heat pump units in the offices and meeting room of the Fire Hall. b) A packaged heat pump unit of 3 ton with ducts/or cassette type fan cooling units to be installed to condition a fire hall at a constant temperature of 15C.
