Renovation of a detention facility in Las Vegas, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
Base Bid Description: Replace existing 400kW generator with new 400kW generator. Contract Time: 45 calendar days. Liquidated Damages: $400.00 per day. Prevailing Wages must be paid on this project. Important: See 'Additional Description' section below regarding security clearance requirements for all individuals desiring to attend the pre-bid meeting. Every person planning to attend the pre-bid meeting must obtain a security clearance in order to enter prison property. All attendees must complete and submit the 'Nevada Department of Corrections Security Clearance Forms' a minimum of 7 days prior to the pre-bid meeting date. See Supplemental Instructions to Bidders for details on obtaining a security clearance.
