A bid security in the amount of 5% of the base bid will be required to accompany all bids. Project Category Code: Concrete Pavement, Demolition/Building Removal/Hauling/Salvage, Sitework/Excavating and Grading, Electrical and Controls Description: This project work scope is new construction, adjacent to the recently completed City of Ramsey Public Works Facility. This package includes selective site demolition and preparation, site grading, concrete foundation placement, precast concrete modular storage bins, fabric-covered metal structure, and minor electrical work. This scope shall be bid as LUMP SUM for the entire scope of work from a responsible, responsive Contractor, as defined by Minnesota Statute Section 16C.285, Subdivision 3.
