Reconstruction of streets within Flintwood Hils 2nd and Flintwood Hils 3rd subdivisions. In accordance with the City's Pavement Management Program, each paved street within the City is scheduled to receive preventative maintenance on a regularly scheduled basis including reconstruction at the end of its useful life, which is estimated to be 60 years based on the City's predominant sand subgrades. This project is in included in the City of Ramsey FY 2023-2032 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). As of February 2, 2024, construction is funded for FY2026, further details regarding design and construction have not been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly.
