Reference Number 0000215341 Source ID FD.CC.ON.862067.C105162 Purchase Type Duration: 3 years Option: 3 One-Year Periods Bid Intent Not Available Defence Construction Canada - Request for Abbreviated Proposals (RFAP) for Facility Condition Assessment Services: Project Number NU21FCA, Various Locations in Nunavut Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for abbreviated proposals from consulting firms to establish a Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) to provide "as and when required" facility condition assessment services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements for various locations in Nunavut. This procurement is subject to the Agreement Between the Inuit of the Nunavut Settlement Area and Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Canada (the Nunavut Agreement), and the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat's Directive on Government Contracts (including real property leases) in the Nunavut Settlement Area. Canada's free trade agreements pose no impediment to the inclusion of measures including set asides, for the benefit of Indigenous Peoples and businesses in a procurement. This applies to procurement obligations pursuant to all Modern Treaties (Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements). Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFAP. The criteria include Inuit and Nunavut benefits for Inuit employment, Inuit training and skills development, subcontracting to Inuit firms, and the location of offices/facilities in Nunavut. The Security Requirements for this project are identified in the RFAP Documents. The SOA will be for a period of three (3) years with a maximum estimated value of $250,000.00. Call-ups under the SOA are expected to be valued between $50,000 and $150,000; there is no maximum Call-up value. Refer to the RFAP document for additional information.
