Renovation of a municipal facility in Pangnirtung, Nunavut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
.1 Remove and dispose of existing tank toilets, flush valves, faucets, aerators, showerheads and washing machines as well as all other waste generated by the Trade Contractor during the course of construction. Refer to Section 01355 Item 1.4 Disposal of Wastes. .2 Provide and install new faucet aerators, tank toilets, urinal flush valves, showerheads and washing machines. .3 Provide any piping modifications required to facilitate the installation of all new fixtures. .4 Where required, contractor to provide and install new offset toilet flanges for new floor mounted toilets to maintain existing floor connection. Provide new toilet rubber gaskets or extra thick wax seals with all new toilet installations. .5 Make good all floors, wall surfaces, etc., affected by the installation, including, but not limited to: .1 Repair/replace tile, drywall, etc. on floors and walls to match existing. .2 Clean all surfaces prior to installing new china, including those that will be hidden by installation. .6 Provision of maintenance manuals that include all equipment provided by the Trade Contractor or by the ESCo Documents can be obtained from https://www.nunavuttenders.ca/
