The project also includes replacing the existing fan coil unit in the battery room with a new fan coil unit. PDU-A, PDU-B, and their associated static transfer switches are being replaced as part of this project. b) The contractor is responsible for providing temporary power where required. c) Project Construction: Work shall be performed such that limited disruptions to the operations of the building occurs. The following is a summary of the requirements and coordination which shall be performed by the Contractor: 1. The work shall be performed after working hours. Regular working hours for the MVA employees are Monday - Friday 8:00AM to 5:30PM. 2. All outages shall be pre-approved by the MVA's PM and shall only be permitted to occur on Sundays, between 6:30 AM and 3:00 PM. 3. All work times shall be coordinated with the MVA's PM. The contractor shall inform the PM when and where they plan to work in advance. Provide at least 2 weeks advance notice unless requirements indicated elsewhere are more stringent.
