Site work for a water / sewer project in Southern Pines, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project generally consists of construction of streambank stabilization measures behind the Town of Southern Pines Police Station and Fire Station, including rock boulder walls, soil layer lifts, placement of fill material and riprap, rock cross-vanes, repair of sheet piling, installation of native vegetation and other measures as depicted on the construction drawings. The Town of Southern Pines is an Equal Opportunity Employer. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities and to reject any or all bids. All Bidders are required to adhere to the rules set forth in Article 1 of Chapter 87 of the NC General Statutes. All bids must be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total amount bid made payable the Town of Southern Pines. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 Days after bid opening except as provided in Instructions to Bidders. Bidders must be licensed contractors in the state(s) in which the work is to be completed.
