MARKET STREET MARION, IL 62959 for the following work: Project Description: Remove and replace 41 RTU's with new energy efficient equipment. Install a new DDC to control the new units and control the existing access and door control. The Owner requires the project to be substantially complete by December 31, 2022. Hereinafter this bid security shall be referred to as the bid bond. Bidders on construction projects in excess of $50,000 shall be certified by the Illinois State Capital Development Board and shall confirm in writing in its submitted Bid that the bidder is currently certified by the Illinois State Capital Development Board.
