PURPOSE: The Virginia Department of Transportation (herein referred to as "VDOT") is soliciting bids from qualified firms to provide all equipment, labor, supervision, material, and any other incidentals necessary to perform Right of Way Mowing and Litter Removal Services for various counties and/or sections of counties statewide The majority of the work will be performed in the months of April through November. This will not exclude the Contractor from performing work during the periods between December through March, if requested by VDOT. The issuing office shall determine whether any addendum should be issued as a result of any questions or other matters raised. Provide questions by 5:00 PM on January 21, 2022 If you plan to participate in the Mandatory pre-bid teleconference you must provide the following information via email to Beth.White@vdot.virginia.gov no later than 5:00 PM on the business day prior to the scheduled conference. At the start of the conference the Contract Officer will conduct a roll call to identify the individuals participating on the call. Participants will be requested to provide their names, company and contact information during the roll call. Participants who did not provide their information in advance will be requested to provide their name, company and contact information during the roll call. Bids will only be accepted from those Bidders who are represented and make their participation known to the Contract Officer during the teleconference roll call
