For Rotary Park Restroom Project The City of Bullhead City, Arizona is extending an Invitation for Bid (hereinafter offer(s) or IFB) a new restroom building in Rotary Park, 2315 Balboa Dr. in Bullhead City, Arizona. Technical questions regarding the substance of this IFB must be in writing and submitted to Angie Johnson, Public Works Director, by email at ajohnson@bullheadcityaz.gov and received no later than May 2, 2022. Questions may then be responded to by written amendment to this document. Oral statements or instructions do not constitute an amendment to the IFB. The City of Bullhead City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all responses or parts thereto CONSIST IN A NEW RESTROOM BUILDING LOCATED IN THE JURISDICTION OF BULLHEAD CITY. THE SCOPE OF WORK INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO THE CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW BUILDING WITH EXTERIOR AND INTERIOR FINISHES, INCLUDING ALL THE NEEDED COMPONENTS FOR THE CORRECT FUNCTION OF THE BUILDING.
