The City of Bullhead City, Arizona is extending an Invitation for Bid (hereinafter "offer(s)" or "IFB") for the purchase and delivery, of one hundred and one (101) 32" composite manhole frames and covers. The covers must be manufactured with domestic materials and shall include The City of Bullhead City Utilities Department logo that will be provided to bidders electronically upon written request. Items must be received within 42 days of the date the Notice of Award is issued. Brief procedural questions concerning this IFB can be directed to Crystal Wilson, Administrative Analyst, 2355 Trane Road, Bullhead City, Arizona 86442, (928) 763-9400 Ext. 8840, FAX (928) 763-0180 or by email at crwilson@bullheadcityaz.gov. Technical questions regarding the substance of this IFB must be in writing and submitted to Ryan Farnell, Utilities Construction Manager, by email, at rfarnell@bullheadcityaz.gov and received no later than September 21, 2022. Questions may then be responded to by written amendment to this document. Oral statements or instructions do not constitute an amendment to the IFB. The City of Bullhead City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all responses or parts thereto.
