The City of Bullhead City, Arizona is issuing a Notice of Request for Qualifications (hereinafter "offer(s)" or "RFQ") and conducting a competitive process to retain a firm to provide the City with professional design services for the Landscape Design City Parks project in Bullhead City, Arizona. Brief procedural questions concerning this RFQ can be directed in writing to Susan Carroll, Administrative Analyst at scarroll@bullheadcityaz.gov. Questions regarding the substance of this RFQ must be in writing by email and received by Angie Johnson, Public Works Director, at ajohnson@bullheadcityaz.gov, no later than November 15, 2022 at 4:00 PM, Arizona Time. Questions may then be responded to by written amendment to this document. Oral statements or instructions do not constitute an amendment to the RFQ. The City of Bullhead City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all responses or parts thereto. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
