As of December 9, 2022, project was awarded to JTR Engineering Contractor LLC., awarded amount is $175,701.60. . The City of Bullhead City, Arizona is extending an Invitation for Bid (hereinafter "offer(s)" or "IFB") for a new 8-inch gravity sewer line from the manhole in the vicinity of 1627 Marble Canyon Drive to an existing on-site sewer lateral located in the vicinity of 1690 Marble Canyon Drive, including additional manholes. This invitation also calls for an option to add the extension of the sewer line onto the property at 1690 Marble Canyon Drive with property access approvals to be obtained by the City. The completed work will provide the City of Bullhead City with approximately 501 linear feet of new 8-inch gravity sewer and a new manhole along Marble Canyon Drive Technical questions regarding the substance of this IFB must be in writing and submitted to Crystal Wilson, Administrative Analyst, by email at crwilson@bullheadcityaz.gov and received no later than 2:00 PM Arizona Time, November 21, 2022. Questions may then be responded to by written amendment to this document. Oral statements or instructions do not constitute an amendment to the IFB. The City of Bullhead City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all responses or parts thereto
