The City of Bullhead City, Arizona is extending an Invitation for Bid (hereinafter "offer(s)" or "IFB") for the construction of a box culvert extension on Secret Pass Wash with an access road adjacent to and west of SR 95 in Bullhead City, Arizona. Technical questions regarding the substance of this IFB must be in writing and submitted to Angie Johnson, Public Works Director, by email at ajohnson@bullheadcityaz.gov and received no later than April 13, 2022 at 5:00 P.M., Arizona time. Questions may then be responded to by written amendment to this document. Oral statements or instructions do not constitute an amendment to the IFB. The City of Bullhead City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all responses or parts thereto.
