DNR2 RFB Area 1A Paul Bunyan Bridges Deck Replace Area 1A Paul Bunyan Bridges Wood Deck Replacement The Department of Natural Resources is seeking bids for the install only of 2 1/2 " X 11 1/4 " X 12 feet, number one or better Douglas Fir deck planks, planed on 1 side and 2 edges, on two bridges on the Paul Bunyan State Trail near Benedict, MN. Bridge #1236 over the Benedict River is 100 feet in length and is 1.25 miles south on Hubbard county highway 38 from trunk highway 200. Bridge #1237 over the Kabekona River is 140 feet in length and is .2 miles south on Hubbard county highway 38 from trunk highway 200. All wooden planks have already been purchased by the DNR and will be delivered to the site using DNR personnel and equipment. All hardware must be supplied by the contractor and be identical to the original bolts utilized by Continental Bridge in Alexandria, MN. The location of the project is: Paul Bunyan State Trail near Benedict, MN. Bridges 1236 & 1237 are 1.25 miles south on Hubbard County Hwy 38 from Trunk Hwy 200
