Bid may be awarded at a special Board of Works meeting on Monday, February 28, 2022, at the Lawrenceburg Administration Building, 230 Walnut Street, Lawrenceburg, IN 47025. This project is being Bid as a Unit Cost Project per INDOT requirements. The scope of work shall include but not limited to the rehabilitation of part of Bielby Road. The project limits are on Bielby Road from Heiner Heights to SR 48 WB and Bielby Rd from approximately 170 feet Southeast of Old US 50 to approximately 1,108 Feet South of Heiner Heights. The contract includes pavement milling, surface overlay, guardrail installation, pavement markings, drainage improvements, slope stabilization as required, seeding and other various roadway items as outlined in the project manual. The successful contractor will also be responsible for required traffic control, site security, clean-up and restoration. Bids shall include Bid Bond, the completed Lawrenceburg Bid form, Labor & Equipment Rates, Unit Cost Sheet, Project Schedule, Form 96 with financial statement, INDOT Pre-qualification Certificate Conflict of Interest / Nepotism affidavit and the E-Verify forms provided. All Bidders must be pre-qualified with the City of Lawrenceburg s Safety Program no less than 48 hours ' prior to the due date to be eligible to bid said work.
