The two-car garage Construction Project consists of a 22-foot by 24-foot two car garage to be built at the president's residence on FSDB campus, including site work, clearing, footer, foundation, 6-inch pad, two car wood structure, single two car door, single 3-0 door north side, and two windows north side. Contractor is responsible for all permits. Contractor will also paint the exterior of the constructed garage. Electrical will be done by FSDB. Garage to incorporate the required materials as listed in Appendix G.
