The scope of work for this project generally includes provision of all labor, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to perform roadway and drainage improvements at Surfwood Subdivision in accordance with 100% technical specifications and construction plans signed and sealed by the Engineer of Record. Contractor activities include installation of erosion and sedimentation controls, clearing and grubbing, removal of existing drainage system, installation of new drainage system (pipe/structures/liners), existing asphalt pavement milling (2" average depth), asphalt paving/resurfacing, demo/install curb and gutter, demo/install concrete sidewalk and driveways, sodding, striping, signing and underground and overhead utility adjustments.
