Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Saint Augustine Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a 63,700-square-foot, two-story above grade municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Notice is hereby given that St. Johns County is soliciting sealed bids under Invitation for Bids No: 1724; Permit Center Addition. Interested and qualified Bidders may submit sealed bids in accordance with the requirements provided in the Bid Document, to the St. Johns County Purchasing Division located at 500 San Sebastian View, St. Augustine, FL 32084. This project involves building a new two (2) story 63,700 sqft facility for the Building Department connected to the existing Building Services building. The current Building Services functions will remain in operation for this construction project. The building is to be constructed according to the plans and specs included in the Bid Documents. Scope of Work: Demolition, Concrete, Masonry, Steel, Casework, Roofing, Thermal and Moisture Protection, Insulation, Doors, Glazing, Framing, Stucco, Ceilings, Flooring, Terrazzo, Painting, Specialties, Canopies, Window Treatments, Elevator, Fire Protection, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Communications, Security, Sitework, Landscaping, and Fencing. Addendum #1-#2 have been issued as of 3-4-2024.
