All subcontractors must pre-qualify to be deemed responsible and are invited to complete the online form on our website. Please contact Thornton Construction Company, Inc. to obtain bid documents. Scope of work consists concrete demolition & re-construction of stairs, spall concrete on top of slab, crack injection on top of slab, tilt-up landing support cracks, construction joint repair on slab, remove & reinstall of railings, stucco repairs. Thornton Construction Company, Inc. is committed to affirmatively ensuring award of construction subcontracts to certified subcontractors & vendors who meet the criteria of the School District of Palm Beach County s Small Business Enterprises. The established contract goal to be met for African American M/WBE Subcontractor participation is 9%.
