As of February 29, 2024, this project is under construction. A firm timeline for completion has not been determined. Lauderdale, FL 33301 is currently soliciting subcontractors and suppliers to prequalify in order to bid on the new construction of the West Acreage Area Elementary School 15-E, School District of Palm Beach County PROJECT No. 0923-7391 located on the vacant parcel AT 19830 Cane Field Trace, Loxahatchee, FL 33470. (Southern Boulevard West at Arden-near the 20-mile bend). West Acreage Area Elementary School 15-E will include all Divisions of Work (Div. 02 - 33). There are specific requirements related to prequalification, bidding and schedule and there is an SBE participation goal of 20% by prime subcontractors, 2nd tier subcontractors and suppliers certified by the School District of Palm Beach County. A Non-mandatory pre-bid meeting for prequalified subcontractors and suppliers will be scheduled for West Acreage Area Elementary School 15-E at a later date. The date, time and location for the pre-bid meeting will be provided to all invited prequalified subcontractors and suppliers once it has been established.
