Inquiries should be directed to the contact(s) listed. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The City is in the process of reconstructing a building that will soon become the new City Hall located at 10451 Gulf Blvd. This facility will house the main customer service lobby, the Commission chambers, several rental spaces, and the following City departments: City Manager and administration, building and planning, recreation, human resources, information technology, and finance. The fourth floor of this building has not been programmed at this time. Once City staff are fully moved into the new City Hall, the existing City Hall at 120 108th Ave. and the Public Works Administration building at 152 108th Ave. will be demolished. Several other facilities are in need of reconstruction as well, including the Citys wastewater master pump station, Public Works and the Fire and Police Station, all of which are currently located between 120 and 180 108th Avenue. The City has received preliminary construction cost estimations and renderings for these projects earlier this year and underwent a prior programming and site evaluation in 2017. All prior documentation is provided in Appendix A and provided for informational purposes only. Any inquiries or requests concerning interpretation, clarification, or additional information pertaining to the RFQ shall be submitted in writing by 5 PM on January 25 to Mike Munger, the Purchasing Coordinator, via email to mmunger@mytreasureisland.org. A public meeting will be held by the Evaluation Committee on February 24 at 11 AM in the City Hall Auditorium to score SOQs in the Public Works Administration building. A preliminary ranking will be posted on online by close of business the following day. Presentations will be required of the shortlisted respondents from the preliminary ranking and are tentatively scheduled for the morning of March 24, 2022; if not held on that date, the presentations will likely be the following week. Commission will approve a final ranking based upon the Evaluation Committees recommendation The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
