Scope of Work: The City of Treasure Island, Florida is seeking a qualified firm capable of preparing the Land Development Regulations Update, including firms or teams. All envelopes must be clearly marked as a title. Any SOQ received after the specified date and time will not be considered. Any inquiries or requests concerning interpretation, clarification, or additional information pertaining to the RFQ shall be submitted in writing by on October 11, 2022 to the Purchasing Coordinator, via email mmunger@mytreasureisland.org. Responses to all written questions submitted prior to the deadline will be posted electronically on October 18 in the form of an addendum. Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) must be submitted on October 25 to the attention of the City of Treasure Islands Purchasing Coordinator at 120 108th Avenue, Treasure Island, FL 33706. SOQs must be clearly marked per the instruction in V. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS guidelines within. SOQs must be submitted in the format specified in the Submission Requirements section hereof. SOQs received after the submittal deadline will not be considered. The opening and recording of SOQs is open to the public and will be held shortly on October 25 in the Public Works Administration building located at 152 108th Avenue, Treasure Island, FL 33706. Presentations will be required of the shortlisted respondents from the preliminary ranking and are tentatively scheduled for the morning of November 30, 2022; if not held on that date, the presentations will likely be the following week. Commission will approve a final ranking based upon the Evaluation Committees recommendation, which will be posted electronically. The City reserves the right to negotiate modifications to SOQs that it deems acceptable and to terminate negotiations in the event progress towards an agreed upon contract is deemed insufficient. SOQs may not be withdrawn to be edited or modified after the submission deadline. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
