The Board of County Commissioners of Stevens County, Washington is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) seeking the services of a registered architect to assist with the Stevens County Conservation District building remodeling project, located in Colville, Washington. Bids shall take into consideration all conditions that may affect contract work. The submittal of qualifications automatically implies that a site examination has been done and that the architect is completely familiar with the location, scope, nature, and character of the work and of the equipment and materials needed to satisfy the terms of a contract. Stevens County reserves the right to accept or to reject any and all bids, to waive any irregularities and to make an award whole or in part as in the best interest of Stevens County.
