This project will consist of the following items: 1. Removal of two (2) trees in the downtown district. 2. Grinding of two (2) stumps, to 2 feet below the tree well. 3. Disposing of all material. 4. Repairing the damaged sidewalk. Site is to be left clear of all debris. Any damage to the existing sidewalk or adjacent buildings will be repaired at the expense of the contractor. The contractor will supply all permits, equipment, traffic control, materials, and labor to satisfactorily complete the work. Project questions can be addressed to Jim Femling, Assistant Public Works Director, at 509-684- 2244 The City shall have the right to reject any or all bids in any way incomplete or irregular. Contractor must be licensed, bonded, and insured in the State of Washington. If the project exceeds $35,000, performance and payment bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract will be required. Bid bonds are not required.
