Renovation of a museum in Auburn, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum.
Bidders shall include with their bid, a bid deposit in the amount of 5% of the total bid in the form of a bank draft, certified check, money order or bid bond. Federal funds are being utilized and compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws, rules and regulations is required. Note: Wage Rates are NOT required on projects R-1 and M-1. Bids shall be properly and completely executed on the Bid Forms supplied in the specifications. No facsimile copies of bids will be accepted. The deposit will be refunded provided a bid is submitted and said plans and specifications are returned to Eastern Engineering Supply Reprographics in good order within ten (10) days of the bid date. The Auburn Cord Duesenberg Automobile Museum reserves the right to reject each and every bid and to waive formalities and errors in the bidding to the extent permitted by law if it is deemed to be in the best interest of the agency to do so. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 90 days after the date for the opening thereof.
