Entered Shortlist Contra Costa Transportation Authority (Authority) and the City of San Ramon (City), are partners in the delivery of the Iron Horse Trail/Bollinger Canyon Road POC Project, otherwise referred to as "Project". The Authority is the implementation agency and the City is the project sponsor. The Project will construct a bicycle and pedestrian overcrossing at Bollinger Canyon Road in the City of San Ramon. When completed, the Project will be part of the Iron Horse Trail (IHT). The overcrossing will include cable-stayed main spans with median support pylons. The main span will be constructed of structural steel and precast concrete deck panels and the main pylon will be constructed of structural steel.
