Renovation of an educational facility in Tualatin, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Project Scope of Work: The Owner is seeking a qualified Contractor with current relevant experience in public school work that involves solar panel installation. In General, the successful Proposer will be responsible for completing "turnkey" Photovoltaic Systems at Tualatin High School, including design/engineering, permitting, procurement, construction, installation and equipment start-up, roof hoisting services, and ongoing operations and maintenance. Products, components, construction, and installations must comply with applicable codes, standards, and rating methodologies. Award of the Contract will be made to the lowest bidder whose bid substantially complies with the terms set forth in this RFP, who is a "responsible bidder" under the criteria set forth in ORS 279C.375(3), and who is in compliance with any other required public procurement procedures or terms. Attention is called to the provisions of the Oregon Statutes, Chapter 279. The bidder must indicate if bidder is a resident bidder as defined in ORS 279A.120 and if the contractor and subcontractors are licensed under ORS 701.005 - 701.055. The Tigard-Tualatin School District No. 23J reserves the right to reject any or all proposals that are not in compliance with all prescribed requirements.
