Renovation of a fire / police facility in Tualatin, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
AS of September 26, 2025, this Project is under construction. Major items of work consist of installing approximately 11,500 square feet of modified bituminous membrane roofing, approximately 2,000 linear feet of standing seem metal roof panels, removal of existing roofing, and possible wood deck repair work and infrared inspection. CONTRACT TIME: The Contractor shall begin Work within 30 calendar days following the Notice to Proceed. The Contractor shall reach Substantial Completion of all work in this project by October 1, 2024, and Final Completion by November 1, 2024. Proposals must be made upon the Proposal form bound in the Contract Documents and must be accompanied by a certified check or proposal bond payable to the City of Tualatin (County of Washington, State of Oregon) in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid. The City of Tualatin reserves the right to reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed public procedures and requirements, and may reject for good cause any or all bids upon a finding that it is in the public interest to do so. Bids cannot be withdrawn within thirty days (30) after the Bid Closing.
