Trench low voltage power to 39 existing streetlight locations currently on a high voltage series circuit. There are five sources of low voltage power: two feeding seven streetlight locations each, two feeding eight streetlight locations each, and one feeding nine streetlight locations. Twenty-five existing cobra streetlights will be replaced by 25 new direct burial concrete cobra streetlights, one ornamental acorn streetlight will be replaced by a fiberglass acorn streetlight, and thirteen low height pendant style concrete streetlights will be retained. No existing streetlight will be removed from service until all the retained streetlights have been rewired to low voltage and energized and all the new streetlights have been energized.
