Replacement AHU for South Jersey Tech Park at Rowan University. 2. All contract work involved to accomplish this task. 3. Contractor shall schedule and coordinate all work activities with Rowan University. 4. Contractor must follow all OSHA and Rowan safety guidelines and procedures. 5. Contractor must bid the project to meet the schedule outlined in the bid documents which may include weekend and/or shift work. Contractor must staff the project accordingly to meet the schedule since the end date is firm. Rowan will not entertain change orders for contractor's inability to meet this schedule or time extensions. Liquidated Damages: 1. $1,000 per day for the first thirty (30) days beyond final completion. A. Base bid must include all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, coordination efforts, services, filing fees, security, insurance and all other associated or related items specified herein that are necessary to complete the work. B. No bid may be withdrawn for ninety (90) days. C. All costs associated with the successful competition of this project, must be included in the base bid on the proposal page. D. Unit pricing-Refer to Division 01 Section 012200 Unit Pricing & Allowance for list of unit pricing required. E. Prices provided must remain in effect for the dates noted on the Proposal Form. F. Proposals shall include labor and price plus costs as indicated on the proposal page. G. Payments for labor and services, under this contract, shall be made on an hourly flat rate basis, and limited to the work actually performed on any job/project. Costs included in flat hourly rate: Benefits, normal travel time, insurance, taxes, vehicles (company and/or employee), and other overhead, profit, and other miscellaneous cost. Rowan reserves the right to interview the respondents. Rowan reserves the right to negotiate the terms and conditions of the contract to obtain the most advantageous situation for Rowan. Rowan reserves the right to suspend or terminate the procurement process described in this IFB at any time (in its sole discretion). If terminated, Rowan may determine to commence a new procurement process or exercise any other rights provided under applicable law without any obligation to the Respondents.
