Millington Municipal School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive defects or informalities in proposals and to make awards as deemed to be in its best interest. If awarded, award will be made to the lowest and/or best vendor(s). Millington Municipal School District desires to enter into a contract with the successful vendor(s) for a contract(s) period of February 1, 2022 through January 31, 2023. The length of such contract(s) shall be one year with option to renew in one (1) year increments for two (2) years if both parties agree in writing. The total contract period shall not exceed three (3) years. If Millington Municipal School District is unable to negotiate and sign a contract(s) by December 1, 2022 then the Millington Municipal School District reserves the right to seek an alternative vendor(s). Deadline for Questions January 13, 2022 2:00 p.m.
