The Marathon County Facilities and Capital Management Department is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide labor, material and equipment required to replace wallcoverings in various areas in the Main Building at the UWSP at Wausau Campus. Scope of Work Provide all materials, labor, expertise, all equipment, and required insurance to replace deteriorated wallcoverings at various locations in the Main Building of the UWSP at Wausau Campus location. Actual receipt by said time is required and deposit in the U.S. mail is insufficient. The envelope containing the sealed Bid shall bear the name and address of the interested firm and the notation "UWSP At Wausau Wallcovering Replacement Project" on the outside of the envelope. Reservations: Marathon County reserves the right to reject in whole or in part any and all proposals, to waive any informalities, and to accept the bids determined to be in the best interest of the County. This invitation may be canceled if determined to be in the best interest of the County. Ethics: The General Code of the County of Marathon contains various procurement policies which are applicable to this proposed procurement. These include prohibitions against gratuities and kickbacks. This request is governed by the Marathon County Procurement Code, a copy of which is available at the County Clerk's office in the Courthouse.
