Site work, paving, outdoor lighting and new construction of a mixed-use development in McFarland, Wisconsin. Design plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot.
As of June 9, 2022, an engineer has been selected and this project is in the design phase. Although a firm timeline for construction has not been determined, construction is not expected to start prior to May 2023. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Dane County is inviting Proposals for professional engineering design services for topographic survey and civil/site plans for paved parking lots, accessible walkways, stormwater facilities, accessible piers, kayak landing, lighting and a future storage building/mooring pier. Only firms with capabilities, experience & expertise with similar projects should obtain this RFP document & submit Proposals.
