Site work for a mixed-use development in McFarland, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a 150-square-foot playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
The Contract consists of these units: - 400 lineal feet PVC supply and return line piping - Prefabricated concrete 12' x 12' utility building - 200 lineal feet new electrical feed - 500 cubic yards removal and replacement of existing beach surface - 150 square feet bioretention area The quantities are subject to change without notice prior to document distribution. Bidders must be pre-qualified with the Village of McFarland within the last year or must be pre-qualified for this work 5 days prior to the bid deadline in accordance with Section 66.0901 of the Wisconsin Statutes. Each bidder must deposit, with his bid, security in the amount of 5% of the maximum bid amount. Bidders must be experienced in municipal pipeline construction. The Village of McFarland reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities in any bid.
