The project comprised of removals, earthwork, grading and site restoration for the replacement of the Weso Creek Dam outlet structure. Work includes removal of the existing full circle riser outlet with stop logs and replacement of the existing outlet with a similar outlet structure. Existing riprap will be salvaged and supplemented to protect the embankment from future erosion. The work will also include dewatering of the impoundment and installation of erosion control devices, installation of heavy riprap and turfing restoration along the proposed outlet replacement. There are no additional investigative reports or information on the area conditions. The contractor is encouraged to visit the site, after contacting the owner to examine site conditions. Oconto County reserves the right to reject the bid by a contractor when answers in the Proof of Responsibility and financial statement are not satisfactorily sufficient.
