A general description of the Work to be performed includes but not limited to: Demolition, Clearing, Removals, Dewatering, Erosion Control, Earthwork, Sanitary Sewer, Underdrain, Dewatering, Storm Sewer, Watermain, Dry Utilitiy Sleeves, Asphalt, Concrete, Traffic Control , Signage, Pavement Markings, and all other work necessary to complete the work in accordance with Contract Documents, including the plans, specifications, and special provisions.
Owner anticipates award to start the initial work and Notice to Proceed week of March 1, 2022 or as soon as construction agreement is fully executed. Contractors mobilization date should reflect this date within the submitted schedule..
