If you did not provide a Letter of Intent during the original solicitation, your response to this Request for Qualifications will not be accepted Question Deadline 01/22/2024 at 4:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online No, Questions and requests for clarification regarding this RFQ must be submitted to Weld County's Project Manager. All inquiries and comments regarding the Project, and the procurement thereof, shall be sent by e-mail. E-mail inquiries shall be sent to: cparrott@weld.gov The estimated design-build contract Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for the Project is estimated to be between $8 and $16 million. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The completion deadline for the Project will be the end of 2025. Complete project construction to be fully operational by December 31, 2025
