Site work and renovation of a civil project in Starke, Florida. Working plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
No bids received for this project, per Woodard and Curran: Therefore, the Owner is considering restructuring the overall Project and separating it into 3 separate contracts and rebidding in the near future." The Project generally consists of sewer repairs in the City of Starke with rehabilitation that includes cast-in-place pipe lining, rehabilitation of existing manholes, and open cut sewer repair, reconstruction of an existing pump station, new force main route installation, SCADA upgrades throughout the wastewater collection system and pump stations, and all material and equipment, construction and services inherent to the Work. Bid security shall be furnished in the amount of 5 percent of the Bidder's maximum Bid Price in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidding Documents may be examined on or after 10 a.m. on Monday, December 27, 2021 at City Hall by appointment only by contacting the City Manager at (904) 368-1330 or Dmullins@CityofStarke.org, or by obtaining electronic copies Legacy Project No. 20-1168.1
