Site work and new construction of a military facility in Starke, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a 9,500-square-foot military facility.
THIS IS AN AULD & WHITE PROJECT. SEALED BIDS WILL BE RECEIVED ON THE SPECIFIED DATE AND TIME AT AULD AND WHITE'S OFFICE AT WHICH TIME THEY WILL BE OPENED AND READ ALOUD. This project consists of the construction of a new 9,500 sf pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) on a 1.15 acre site. Scopes of work include (but are not limited to) the following trades: Sitework/utilities/paving, fencing, structural concrete (foundations/slabs), masonry/CMU, millwork (cabinets/countertops), doors/hardware, storefront, GWB systems/ACT, flooring, epoxy flooring, painting, building specialties (toilet accessories, signage, fire extinguishers), PEMB (pre-engineered metal building), plumbing, HVAC and electrical (including low voltage, fire alarm and lightning protection). THE OWNER IS NOT A PARTY TO THIS BID EFFORT. SPECIAL NOTES: 1. Davis Bacon DOES NOT APPLY 2. Buy-American DOES NOT APPLY 3. ALL TRADES - Please acknowledge the 'Additive Bid Items' (ABI's) on sheet G0.2A. Provide Alternate bid pricing accordingly per each of the applicable items. Do NOT include these ABI's in your Base Bid. 4. ALL BIDS MUST BE SUBMITTED ON THE BID FORM
