**As of 2/17/2022 The projec twas awarded to Georgetown Construction Co. Inc. award amount 1,757,965.10 . The project consists of furnishing all material and constructing the following: 3000 ft. street reconstruction including curb and gutter 3400 ft of 8 inch Dutile Iron Water Main Replacement 2600 ft of 8 inch PVC Sanitary Sewer Replacement 740 ft of 12 inch Storm Sewer Including all necessary appurtenances and restoration. Contract documents may be examined online or at the offices of: Prein&Newhof, 3355 Evergreen Drive NE, Grand Rapids, MI 49525 and some local plan rooms The work to be performed under this contract will be financed and paid for by local funds on hand by The City of Coopersville. A bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check payable to The City of Coopersville in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total price shall accompany each bid. This surety shall bind the bidder for a period of sixty (60) days after the receipt of bids. Contract completion date shall be September 01, 2022. The project shall be completed within 100 calendar days of commencing construction
