Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Coopersville, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The project consists of furnishing all material and constructing the following: 2,400 ft. street reconstruction including curb and gutter 1,800 ft of 12 inch PVC Sanitary Sewer 2,350 ft of Storm Sewer 485 ft of Water Service Replacement Including all necessary appurtenances and restoration. The work to be performed under this contract will be financed and paid for by local funds on hand by The City of Coopersville. A bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check payable to The City of Coopersville in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total price shall accompany each bid. This surety shall bind the bidder for a period of sixty (60) days after the receipt of bids. The project shall be completed within 112 calendar days of commencing construction. Contract documents may be examined online at the offices of: Prein&Newhof, 3355 Evergreen Drive NE, Grand Rapids, MI 49525 and some local plan rooms.
