Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Tobyhanna Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
As of March 29, 2022, the project is pending award. A timeframe for award has not been confirmed. The work to be performed consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, labor and supervision required for the Tobyhanna Twp. Stillwater Dr. Relocation Project as shown on the Contract Drawings and specified in the Contract Documents. Modifications include but are not limited to; construction of bituminous pavement; installation of new and modification of existing signal equipment; restriping; construction of ADA curb ramps; drainage and grading; and all necessary appurtenant work and materials required to complete the work indicated. The successful Contractor must comply with the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry Prevailing Minimum Wage Determination as indicated in the Contract Documents and must be PennDOT Certified as a Prime Contractor. Estimated Contract Value - $1,600,000 to $1,700,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
