The Calcasieu Parish Police Jury reserves the right to award items separately, grouped or on an all-or-none basis and to reject any or all bids. For the following: (1) Herbicides and Weed Control Chemicals and (2) Metal Sign Posts with unit prices effective from February 4, 2022 until July 31, 2022, (3) Plastic Pipe with unit prices effective from February 4, 2022 until June 30, 2022, and (4) Sign Faces with unit prices effective from March 1, 2022 until August 31, 2022. The Calcasieu Parish Police Jury reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause. All bids must be accompanied by bid security equal to five percent (5%) of the bid Any Bid received without a bid guarantee will not be read aloud nor considered for award. Amount of Performance Bond, if required: NA of bid. Amount of Payment Bond, if required: NA of bid. Address all inquiries and correspondence to the contact person at the address shown in the specifications. If no contact person is listed in the specifications, please send your inquiries to purchasing@calcasieuparish.gov. Questions or inquiries regarding bid documents or specifications should be in writing and are due within seven (7) days from the bid opening. Inquiries received after this time period may not be answered or addressed.
